These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the onbet platform and its users. By creating an account on onbet or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to every provision of these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.

Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use the services on the onbet platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

"Platform" refers to the onbet website, mobile version, and all its services.
"User" refers to any person who has registered an account on onbet or is using the platform.
"Account" refers to each user's personal profile created through registration on the platform.
"Wager" or "Bet" refers to the act of placing money on a game or event.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or additional credit granted by onbet.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of playing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To create an account on onbet, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of these Terms and onbet reserves the right to suspend or close both accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If any information changes, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the onbet support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits on onbet. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 by any method. Deposits should be credited to your account immediately; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for deposit.

3.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, onbet may request identity documents or additional information to verify the account. We reserve the right to hold the withdrawal process pending until verification is complete.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unusual, onbet may temporarily suspend the relevant account until an investigation is completed.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is excluded. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

Bonuses may only be used on games and bets approved on the platform.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be applied simultaneously unless specifically stated otherwise.
onbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus promotion at any time.
If misuse of bonus benefits is proven (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.

5 Betting and Game Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

All bets must be placed in accordance with the technical rules of the onbet platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a game or event is fully cancelled, the amount wagered on that event will be refunded. For partially completed events, onbet's decision is final.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any outcome resulting from a technical error or software failure may be declared void, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

5.4 Cricket, Football, and Other Sports Betting

Various markets are available for sports betting — such as match winner, total runs, number of wickets, and more. Market-specific rules apply to each bet.

6 VIP Program

onbet has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play. To be eligible for VIP benefits, the account must be active and in compliance with the Terms. onbet reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the onbet platform:

Fraud, providing false information, or identity forgery.
Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Misuse of bonus benefits or coordinated fraudulent betting.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
Using an account for illegal purposes or money laundering.
Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.

Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action may be taken.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

The onbet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and onbet is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, network issues, or third parties.

Betting and gaming are consequential — there is no guarantee of winning. Users bet at their own judgment and risk.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 At the User's Request

A user may request account closure at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure.

12.2 Closure by onbet

If there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or illegal use, onbet may suspend or permanently close the account without notice.

13 Changes and Updates

onbet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
